1/ The sponsorship program is divided into annual periods. Sponsors can choose to continue sponsoring or terminate the program after the harvest.

2/ Sponsors will receive an electronic sponsorship card with an orange tree number for identification purposes.

3/ Once a sponsorship program is registered, ownership cannot be transferred and the contact person cannot be changed.

4/ Fruit production is affected by natural weather changes, such as temperature and rainfall. If the fruit quality does not meet the orchard's standards, Zhanxiang will ship other similar "He Oranges" instead.

5/ Regarding delivery notes: If the sponsor chooses to receive standard fruit (original packaged yellow-fleshed "He Orange"), the sponsor will receive two free delivery services. Additional deliveries will incur a $60 delivery fee per delivery. If the sponsor chooses to receive "He Orange" fruit from the sponsored tree, Zhanxiang will deliver 6 boxes of fruit to the designated address at once. All fruit from the sponsored tree will be delivered directly to the sponsor after harvesting. To streamline administrative procedures, no changes are allowed once the sponsor's selection is confirmed.

6/ If circumstances permit, sponsors may visit the orchard for fruit picking. Please include your contact phone number and email address for notification purposes. The orchard will inform sponsors of relevant fees and arrangements in advance.

7/ If the orchard fails to contact the sponsor using the contact information provided in the sponsorship agreement within the specified time (by December 1, 2026), or fails to receive a response from the sponsor regarding how to handle the harvest, the orchard will send farm workers to pick and sell the fruit or process it into other by-products after the harvest is completed. The sponsor shall not object, request the return of the proceeds from the sale of the fruit, or file any claims.

8/ Sponsors are welcome to visit the orchard to check on the orange trees and fruit growth. Travel expenses, including accommodation and meals, are the responsibility of the sponsor. The orchard will arrange eco-tours regularly, depending on the circumstances. After a successful sponsorship, sponsors can receive further information via WhatsApp.
